So I'm having a slight problem.
I was really excited for my GSD to see her first snowfall, I couldn't wait to play with her in it...
But she wont do her business outside, she's too busy playing and eating it.
I'm out there for like 20 minutes, freezing.
I can only take her out around 4 times a day, usually for 15 - 20 minutes each.
But yesterday she didn't go at all, except she went in the house.
She's house trained and she seemed upset that she went in the house, but she still wont go outside.
That's what I'm talking about, is when she's out on a walk.
She just keeps like eating it while she walks.
Like I want her to sniff so she can go, but she's not, she's just licking it and eating it.
She gets let off her leash once for around 20 minutes at night to play, run, and go. Or play with other dogs.
But she wont go then either.

I'm not sure how deep your snow is but... get a shovel, and dig a patch to the earth. Put your pup on a leash and lead her to that spot. I would also start this dog on a potty command.
Dogs with pretty good bowel control have trouble if they're on a new surface sometimes.
She went tonight in the snow, on a leash.
She went when we started back, so I think she knows she has to go, just she wants to play.
I'm glad she went tonight, hopefully she can keep it up.
