Its been almost a week since we had the big wind storm that freaked out my 22 month old gs Luna. The night after the storm
she was not happy being in the living room and wanted to sleep
out in her kennel (my porch) in her igloo. She was spooked for
a few days but is getting much better except for the sleeping
outside. She has spent the last 22 months sleeping in the house
at night which of course made me feel safe and secure. Now she
wants out. I have played games, obedience work, she is fine now
but refusses to sleep inside the house. She is not afraid of the
Christmas tree, decorations etc. I don't get it!!! My husband
thinks she just likes the cold. I'm not buying it! But don't
know what to do about it either. I miss my couch buddy. Any
suggestions on how I can get my couch buddy back?

Well, she sure can't get outdoors by herself.
You could always crate her inside the house at nite until she gets over whatever this is. You could place her crate wherever she used to sleep indoors, assuming she wasn't sleeping in a crate.
