can't remember exactly, I think I got her to master sit then I got her to master stay then I strung it to gether and would treat by putting the palm of my hand in front of her face with a treat, so it was sitstay and treat and made it go faster and eventualy dropped the "stay" command. a swat on the rump with a lead made it a little faster but alot of dogs including two of mine, can't tolerate that kind of correction
Thanks! That's actually the way I've started... sounds like I just need to keep at it and try to make sure my marking and rewarding are as "on point" as possible.
