Do I stand there and repeat the process over and over in succession? Wouldn't he learn that he just has to look for a second or two to get hsi treat and then he can go back to being crazy?

I introduce duration gradually, in a distraction-free environment, and I introduce distractions gradually.  Quote: Connie Sutherland ....
