I have just bought a GS, she is 11 months old, I feed her at 7PM and at night she poops before 7AM.
After feeding I take her out for a walk . She does it always at night. Can someone give any idea of how many hours later after feeding do they normaly poop ?

What kind of food? Kibble, canned, raw, dehydrated ..... ? Dogs are individuals about this, but the kind of food changes the digestive process time hugely (and particularly kibble).
I would change that 7 p.m. feeding time so poop time falls when you can have her outside. I imagine that's what you're trying to gauge?
For now, can you feed in the morning instead? You could transition by feeding a very small meal one night and then the regular meal the next morning.
At least you have it narrowed down to "during the 12 hours following food." When it's during the day and you can observe, you can jot it down for a few days and get a very close idea.
my 10 month old (fed kibble 2x/day) will always poop anywhere from 10 minutes to 1/2 an hour after feeding. BUT, i've had him for 7 months so we have a good routine figured out, plus i always tell him "GOOD hurry up" when he goes either pee or poop.
