Your accusasion is so far from the truth,but then again you need so much attention why would you tell the truth.
You have sent me countless emails from the first day , with nothing important to say other then everystep you make throughout the day , from scratching your head to how bright the sun shines. I never said I would not replace the pup, I had told you that I would when Orca had her last litter. We had an unexpected medical trauma that caused her to be spayed. And told you so. You should have been patient nothing happens over night I still had intentions to replace him. You expected your emial to be responded within minutes of you sending them to me. I had told you repeatedly that I dont sit at the computer all day waiting for your emails! Countless times I said to you stop sending me emails of you requesting my immediate attention! But NO Johm you are flippin "special" ..Lets see,so people know and I'll open my private doors to them ..... My husband left to Afghanistan on a special team, I have an 8 year old,a 5 year old, a 14 year old, a big household, work 5 days a week, that meant a lot of changes for me. BUT no hang on John you are so flippin important!!!! I told you all about my life change , but NO , you kept at it ,sending me emails after emails, with "I quote" "Are you there? , Are you alive?" "did you get my emails?" "Hello" .....which by the way, none of your emails had nothing major or any importance for me to rush to but ya John let me drop everything to answer your email about your pup chewing ice! Let me answer you when I don"t have the time to answer Chris....... You have no patience , none, and I have a saying in my K9 classes, "never reward an unwanted behavior" well John YOU will not be rewarded> Have a good life. Patience is a vertue.......

I read his posting and was shocked to read it. Knowing you for many years online and knowing other people who have pups from you. The picture he painted was not the picture that I know of you.

I would consider suing him over internet defamation laws. There was a judgement just recently here in Ontario. Where a person slandered a commercial breeder online on another dog/pet forum. The Ontario superior court judge who presided over the case, judged in favour for the breeder and the judgement was $14,000 plus court costs.

I stated facts, not fiction. They are all easily verifiable. if you did not want to answer my emails then you should have stated so. You made statements to my wife and I on your front lawn that only we know you made so I will not quote you. As far as opening your home, how else were we supposed to pick the dog up? it was too hot to fly him. if you feel you have been defamed, then by all means, seek legal recourse. As I said, I sent you the medical proof of the genetic defect and waited what I think is a reasonable time for you to "do what is right" to quote you. When I learned of Orca's medical tragedy, I merely asked how you planned on proceeding since it was obvious she could not have any more puppies. That is when it all blew up..All I did on this board is state facts. I will have a nice life. You do the same.
