Talk about a botched investigation. The way they questioned this little girls brother is outrageous. When this happend it was on the local news. I t was very disturbing what happend to litttle Riley. I always thought he was innocent. The local media pounced on the father. This poor father is finally vindicated, but still doesn't have his three year old (I think she'd be nine now). There are some sick individuals out there! The guy who did this should be strung up among other painful things. He's already in jail. My thing is they had DNA and surely the DNA from this guy was in the system.
