I feed mu pup Orijen, add salmon oil and vitam E. Is it good idea to add calcium supplement to help his bones and to aid his ears to go up?

No.
Orijen should have balanced calcium levels for the diet.
Too much calcium is not good.

Orijen does have balanced levels of Calcium and Phosphorus so you should not add calcium. What breed/size dog do you have and what kind of Orijen are you feeding (puppy, lg breed puppy...)?
Adding calcium can make your dog grow too fast and cause many issues including hip dysplasia.

I second Keith's questions.
What breed of pup? What age?
What lifestage of Orijen are you feeding?
Do you have concerns about the ears not standing?

Thank you for the advices.
18 week old GSD. Orijen LBP. I will start getting concerned about ears not going up at about 6/7 month. Breader mentioned he had them go up as late as 9 month in pup from this sire

Definitely do not worry about them now. Ears may go up and down during teething. After 5-6 months is when you may want to start taping them, not adding calcium. LBP Orijen has balanced levels of Calcium (1.5-1.7%) and Phosphorus (1.1-1.3%). You have chosen a great food for your dog to start on. IMO the best kibble. As stated before, calcium in a growing puppy will throw the balance out the window and can cause your dog to grow too rapidly leading to many issues.
I suggest you take a look at Orijen's white paper, specifically page 20 which discusses balances of nutrients:

I also suggest you take a look at Ed's article on this as well:
