Here in Colorado, we had a cool "spring" (there really is no spring in the Steppe). Well, summer started yesterday with record highs of 93 degrees. I know some of you are in hot-all-the-time places, but all of a sudden my on the go GSD has been happy to sleep the day away and will only fetch for about 5 minutes before sniffing around in the shade of a tree. Just saying happy summer!!

It is a beautiful day in this neighborhood as well. First real day that has felt like summer in awhile vs what felt like October. I also managed to achieve yardwork and found a mole bouncing across my lawn at the same time I had a shovel in hand. The lawn care gods smiled upon me this day.
