Ramachandran do you have any problems with her get sunburn or anything...she is such a light colour (even her nose) and doesn't seem to have fur so much as hair.

I think recall is the most satisfying of all commands to train.
You got that right!
I'm always sad when I read about recall problems, because I so enjoy teaching and then practicing it. There is really nothing like it when the dog tears himself away from a nice smelly bit of ground or tree trunk to gallop back to you with ears flapping and screech to a halt, looking up at you eagerly.
Well Here the humidity is close to 99% most of the times, so we dont get sunburnt as one does in arid climates. But thats just for the humans , not sure about the dogs. However bommi does not get sunburnt as she is always rolling around in the muck or diving into my waterlilly tubs ( and tearing them up ). digging huge pits and letting the water seep in and rolling around in the pits etc. .
She is so into me ( not sure why as I amjust as harsh with her while correcting as with other puppies ). When I go out and come back she knows my car's noise and she will come running upto my car and start circling it. ( and I willusually open the door to check where she is so that i dont run over her) and she will jump into the foot well furiously wagging her tail and I have to drive the final few meters into my garage with her sitting between my legs , getting lashed by her tail and her head under the steering. Mind you , I drive a stick shift.. it is a tricky task both for me and bommi.
Actually I am raising Kari ( the puppy I asked to bark at the end ) for a friend. Kari will leave me in a month or so. Hinter is my way of saying get back or just back . I will have 2 females (Helga and Bommi ) and a male Kaiser at the end
