I want to learn how to have decently behaved dogs that are joys to have around so I'm reading here and I love your site.
I saw an amazing deal here of this Mondio (sp?) where a lady had an awesome awesome awesome performance of her dog and got points taken away in the last 15 seconds for praising her dog? What is wrong with praising?
(I have lots of questions, but for now I think it would be better to continue reading the ebooks and maybe order some dvds and then I can ask questions without feeling I have to be spoonfed}.
I joined another board and so far there has been 2 days of talking about where to order terrycloth bibs for dogs and Martha Stewart stuff. Thinking that new bibs is not going to get me well behaved dogs. Posted on another board and said I agreed with a lot of stuff I see here and got guff for it. Fluff 'em.
So anyway just wanted to say hi, and thank y'all for being here. And no I'm not going to talk yet about my dogs because I'm insignificantly new and after seeing some stuff here realize that major changes need to be made in how I handle the dog crew at my house.
I can't help yesterday, but I sure can make changes little by little, and change today and tomorrow.

Welcome Lucille! You can talk about your dogs at any time, no matter the issue. We all gotta crawl before we walk, etc... Pics of pups are loved as well.
I don't do Mondio and assume you say Cindy and Rush's vid... they ARE an awesome team. Praise is good, praise is great - but not during trials. They get lots of praise and fun at the END.
