Yes, "Michael" is commonly misspelled. Another couple are phase and faze, which are not interchangeable. "It didn't faze him. He was going through a phase."

Usually the occasional typo is irrelevant, but "conformation" seems to be important, conveying as it does the goal of "conforming" to a standard.
Theres no Micahel Ellis either. I can't confirm if theres a conforming Micahel Wise though. We'll have to wait and see the next time he over-heats.
