Very nice work by this child, but not many children have the assertiveness one needs to handle a dog, hard or soft. So this might be a child who has special abilites at her age.
I think children must be made interested in dogs at a young age, but also be told that they need to be mature in the way they handle them. With what little experience I have, I think that one needs a level of aggression/assertiveness that comes from within oneself to deal with a dog that is disobedient. No amount of feigning it is going to help. Atleast that is what I tell my nephews (4 and 11 yrs old)
