Heheh, none of us are actually sure. My boyfriend found the picture and he said wherever he got it said it was some sort of mouse.
It's cute though!
Back to the OP, I neutered Conan early (like, really early) and haven't seen any major differences in his attitude towards that of any other Corgis. He would probably have a lot more drive than he does now, but he still has enough to work stock quite well. I agree with the above comments that it would be best to contact the breeder and learn about his bloodlines.
