The kids want Drift to be the wolf, so I guess that's what we'll try to do... a little colored hair spray should do it... we'll see. I have to get some stuff and try it out this weekend and see if I can make it work.
I will keep you all posted
Drift will be an awesome wolf and I am looking forward to the photos!!
Due to Drift's allergies, I decided against spraying her to make her look like a wolf. I asked the kids if the play would be OK with Drift just being Drift and they said it would. So, I put a T-shirt on her that said "If the Broom Fits, Ride It!!" Everyone thought she was adorable and any thoughts of the Drifty Wolf were forgotten.
The play was about Drift losing her "listening" ears and not following directions. We all had to help Drift find them. The kids made elephant ears, donkey ears, cat ears, and cow ears.
Drift wore all of the ears with pride as the "narrator" read her thoughts... these ears are MUCH too big, these ears stick out to the side... what do I have to do find my OWN listening ears??? Well, you have to follow directions, of course!! So Drift followed directions and she found her listening ears, and they were PERFECT!!! They then put a skirt on her because she was going to CELEBRATE finding her ears, of course
Honestly, it was a cute little play The kids were really creative. Drift was tolerant of it all, and I think she really enjoyed all of the attention
I will post pics if I can get the darn things off my phone...
