Just to clarify - I'm not responsible for my dog's bad habits as when I adopted him he was already 13 months old!
He had apparently never even been walked on a lead and collar before, and it's taken us the better part of six months to get him to stop growling and going to bite us!
So although I really, really appreciate the advice, please note that I inherited a dog who already had bad habits - I did not create them.
We've been working one-on-one with a trainer, once a week, for 7 weeks.
