Since beginning to test my Beagles for Hip Dysplasia in 2004, I feel like I finally made progress as all of my bred-by puppies born in 2006-2008 tested were OFA Preliminary Normal (1 Fair, 4 Good) (although not every puppy was tested as their owners did not follow through - which is another topic).
The '07 litters were by the same sire, different mothers. A male from the first litter was OFA preliminary "Good" at 4 mths & 12 mths (He is the one in my first post). The bitch from the second litter "Lily" was OFA preliminary "Good" at 4mths & 12 mths old.
I recently re-acquired this bitch "Lily" and had her x-rayed along with 2 more of my Beagles. Here is a link to Lily's recent x-ray: http://i54.tinypic.com/2s7e540.jpg
