It fits sizes 15"- 22". Extra hanging out would depend on your dog's neck size...
If you need an overall length, you might want to call the office tomorrow and have someone measure it from buckle to tip. 715-235-6502. Anyone that answers should be able to help you.
I tried a number of agitation collars for JD before getting the 1" collar here for him. Since he's a little on the smaller size (he was the runt of the litter) all of the others were huge on him and stiff as a board. Poor guy looked like he was in a plastic collar for a neck injury >}8-0
I got my agitation collar from Leerburg just the other day. It is amazing. The leather is soft and supple, the collar is comfortable for him to wear and it fits him perfectly :-)
It is just my opinion, but I think these collars are awesome!
I have the 1 inch collar. They are nice but not what I would consider an agitation collar. Actually a 1 1/4 is still pretty small, but I like the quality and leather. Ideally they should sell a 1 1/2" that would be perfect.

Todd,
Just curious as to why you wouldn't consider the 1" an agitation collar? I'm pretty new to this type of equipment so I want to be sure I'm getting the right thing.
I ended up with the 1' because it was the only one that came in a short enough length for JD. He's a little on the small size (runt of the litter) and slender yet. I'm sure he's still growing and filling out at only 18 mos, but needed something that would fit him now.
I know this is just your opinion, but I'm interested in your thoughts.
the wider collars are used because they distribute the pressure better, so the dog is not choking itself as quickly.
Thanks, Todd. That helps. I think my Mal is little enough (again - runt of the litter thing) that this isn't going to be an issue, but if it is then I'll definitely have a wider one made to fit him.

I switched years ago from an agitation collar to a padded agitation harness just for that choking reason. All my dogs did much better with the harness. My female is a very hard dog & so very forward in agitation, that on the collar, she would just about choke herself out even with me holding the line. It was impossible to work her on a tie out on the collar.
