As a proud Navy brat, I have to agree with your assessment of the "sorry Army"... LOL!!

I have a dear friend named Tommy Norris who was the Navy Seal Commander that led the "Bat 21" rescue mission of the downed Air Force pilots in Viet Nam - and a Congressional MOH recipient. Wonderful man that I adore. I've worked with a navy LT Cdr that was PA that was one of the greatest guys I've ver worked with, and I did my LPN training at Naval Hospital Oakland and all of those guys enlisted and officers were great.
I feel like I have a little Navy in my blood some where - even if it's just by osmosis!
Also have a cousin and her husband that were career Air Force as was one of my uncles....and my father-in-law was career Coast
Guard. I think I have a little bit of all branches in me except Marines
