I was confused when Betty was asking about her husband taking Vit E and then talking about how much Salmon Oil she was giving the dogs. That's where my confusion came in. I didn't think they were one in the same, but thought maybe there was something I was totally oblivious to. I was only addressing the maximum amount of Vitamin E her husband should take. Thanks! And I only weigh 94 pounds. Didn't do anything bad to me, helped my skin and hair and I've hear high amounts of fish oil can help with depression.
