No, I think Melissa loses. A tee-niny dog eating a WHOLE pickled egg?! It is going to smell special at Melissa's tomorrow.
I have hope that it won't be so bad since pickled eggs are pretty much just eggs, vinegar, a little bit of pickling spice, and water. We'll see/smell. I'm just glad I didn't have the pickled herring, onions, or the hot mix out of the fridge yet for the relish tray.
I had a Newfie who followed the 'easter bunny' around one year. The bunny finished his work and left, dog went hunting. The kids didn't find anything.... but the dog smelled TERRIBLE for like 3 days! Who knew Newfoundlands could be such fantastic trackers.
