Last you all heard from me was about my changing dog food and working with friends dogs... I decided on Dican because it is the best they have that I have found.
As for working with dogs... A friend of this family gave them another dog (GSD) so they now have 7 dogs. GSD's are my weakness so I have tried not to spend much time with her. They would give her to me and I would take her but I just don't have room. She has had little to no training but is sweet (about a yr old). She is locked up with most the other dogs in a little pen because she would eat chickens. I hope to give her some training so she can earn her freedom.
The afghan is the dumbest thing on the planet.
The collie is coming around just hangs his head a bit still and slow to come. He loves to heard the horses and is learning to heard the goats. He is very willing to please his owner.
Zuki is getting along well with all the dogs here. I don't let her run lose all the time even though I could because she starts acting like a kid that has been giving to much candy. I have restarted cart training and hope that I can work with the gee,haw commands and get them through to her.
I really appreciate the input on my last two posts..I did not follow up very well because internet/phone here is VERY difficult. We have been trying to get a better connection but have not yet succeeded. I love reading all the different posts but every thing takes so long to load that I have just done the bare minimum. If I do get a better connection I would really like to post some pictures and a video...
