Ah! Ok. I'm avoiding everything, even the lint he finds and tries to inhale. I just had no idea this lady was feeding my dog something until it was too late. Maybe I should have gently asked her not to do that without asking the owner, but she seemed off and I didn't want to get into it.
Just an update- Thanks to the great advice I go here, Radar is now having very normal stool! He's a little perplexed by the whole thing, wants to spin around and see what's coming out and why it feels 'funny' but he's getting the hang of it. He's now off of the chicken, eating a bit of boiled hamburger, weaning him off of the rice very slowly since it seems to be helping him make nice bulky poop, and feeding his regular kibble.
