Several of the people here pontificating on how some of the Nick threads went...have NO idea about the MANY, MANY, MANY, LONG PMs that were sent trying to help this puppy & owners behind the scenes. Frustration is puting it mildly.
Maybe you should get off your soap box when you have no idea what went on. Not EVERYTHING is shouted to the world.

I know. I really do (as you know I do!).
Many have no idea of the "rest of the story" ....
But I think we can all move past it .... a nod to the serious concern this board has for the dogs represented in the posts.

gah i wrote and rewrote this post and when i think i finally got it right my min pin jumped on my key board and erased everything. i really am very concerned about what is going on with gambit and i truly hope they are all ok i think i will just keep it at that

Well you are right, not everything is shouted to the world. But the threads were and that is what people will read if they use the search function if they are new and maybe having the same problems.
Nothing wrong with walking away if someone is not listening.
But the important thing is that my posts here seem to upset you and that was not my intention and for that I do apologize.
I do not agree with some of the things that were posted and some of it was distasteful to me. <shrug> Not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.
I applaud the tireless efforts of folks on this board to teach people the smart way to handle these issues. I'm an example of someone that learned so much from you, and saw so much of that learning confirmed in my own experience with my puppy/dog. I thank you all for that! My life is quite peaceful and happy with my dog, thanks to you.
My thoughts are that you can be a good, kind person, yet because of your frame of reference in life be a really bad dog owner. Nobody is a bad dog owner because they want to be. They are only trying to do what they think is right. I mean, look at Ed himself! If he had been on this board when he was 30, how do you think he would have been treated?
