I don't feed either, but if your dog likes them and you add additional MM because they tend to be very bone- heavy, you will be fine.
I had tried feeding pork neck a long time ago, but they never have enough meat on them and because they are very thick, I had always worried about them cracking a tooth, so I stopped feeding them.
But many dogs have no issues and if your dog can handle them, no reason not to feed them. JMO
I feed pork necks for variety maybe once a week. My dogs really like them, but - as Joyce said - they are bone-heavy (and tend be constipating) so I don't use them as the main source of RMBs. I whack them all over with a big cleaver before feeding them to break up the bone a bit and reduce the risk of tooth damage.
I used to fee pork necks for variety..but stoped due to the heavy bone. Got so that I didn't want to risk a tooth fracture, either. If I can occasionally find a package with a smaller amount of bone I will pick them up. But they usually arn't.
Are you getting a really smokin' hot deal on them?
They're going to be fat and a tee-niny bit of bone.
If they are free, I'd say go ahead and fit them in the diet if you want to. But if you're going to have to pay for them, you could get more bang for your buck on other items.

Thanks Michael. They aren't a smoking hot deal but at around $1.50/lb it seemed like a nice change-up for the RMB from the usual (usual being chicken parts or turkey necks). Just trying to find some variety - they didn't look to be much harder to eat than a turkey neck, but it's always good to ask.

On a related note - Connie, if you happen to read this thread, you were right about Dante just needing more fat in his diet. I don't know if you remember that as it was a while back, but he's doing much better now, and his issues weren't due to a chicken allergy (which was what I suspected and you rightly advised otherwise)
