I'd crate her until I solved this problem (if you don't have a muzzel)this could escalate into a real bite.
I'd think you should slowly start re-socailizing her to new people inside the house. Because this is were her problem is, it could territoral and fear based. Especially because she not really aggressive (mouthing the apologetically licking afterwards) she just panicing saying stay away from my things and people.
Train more OB to stop this behavior. I'd setup mock test on leash (no punishment/just control) have these strangers feed her chopped weiners peices, when she is quite, real slow. You praise her and calm her down so that she thinks everybody that you say is 'OK' inside the house will give her a treat. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
