Not enough to make up for the drought, but a little to stave off stage 3 water restrictions... The dogs really enjoyed our very wet walk this morning. I think they splash in the puddles on purpose

We've had about 7 inches in the last few days, and tomorrow's temp at noon is supposed to be 59. I haven't put the winter gear away completely, and there are 2 cows, one with tiny twins and one waiting to calve, inside tonite due to weather. IN THE MIDDLE OF JUNE. With more of the same downpours coming tonight & tomorrow. UGH. TOO MUCH of a good thing! My back yard is flooded & I spent 3 hours sweeping water that overflood the drain at the bottom of the driveway (with an extra pump in there pumping out the water) toward the sump pumnp in the cornor of the garage trying to keep my downstairs (all fully finished) from flooding. I've been flooded out 3x in the 7 that I have been here. REALLY, getting to be time to MOVE! MY DOGS...MY RULES

There’s eddys and undertows, completely unsafe for man and animals venturing near it. Boat launches are closed, no canoeing/kayaking. Our lawn mower, as well, hasn’t seen this much action in years. I think you’re onto something there Betty; maybe we should just let it go and bail it. I hope you get a few more sprinkles Carolyn.
