(Make friends with the meat department manager!) The eggs are backyard harvest. Veg is leftovers I squirrel away in a plastic bag in the freezer whenever I have scraps or trimmings. Some of my best deals come from a natural food store with high-end organics, etc., and a butcher! They save Smart Chicken Organic backs for me in the freezer! I squirrel away produce too, and usually grab a nice big bagful free at the end of the farmers' market (leaves, stems, tops ....). The freezer helps to break them down, too. I like the "free samples" hope. Like Costco. LOL

I get about 3 months out of these amounts along with the other ground & cuts of meats & organ meats etc that I feed, just wasn't out of them yet. MY DOGS...MY RULES
