I think this family needs a trainer and behavorist to go to their home and shows them what things can be corrected with their issues. How things should be managed if they plan to keep Rocky with their children. My judgement is based on Rocky's history with donkey and dog, bit twice and broken two skins, etc. I bet my 100 dollars that he will bite for the third time. I used to have a dog like that before too, but I never regret my decision what I had to do with him back then. Not all dogs can work for every home.
