"Fairly good" in what way? A little too soft or a little too hard? Pellets? Or a log?
For me, fish oil and E are pretty much always; almost nothing causes me to leave those out. Are those the supplements you mean? (Do you need amounts? What is her weight?)
Otherwise, I would like the poop to be very nice logs before adding any other new things so that there is no confusion about what did what to the poop. So at the moment, I'd be adjusting the bone/meat (and getting rid of the eggshell) until I had lovely log poops before making other changes. It should not take more than a few days.
It was a log. It had been pellets. When she squatted it did not come out right away like when she was on THK though. On the plus side there is no more mucus like blood on the outside of the stool (she had this on grain free food before switching to THK which got rid of the problem. Which then made me realize the blood was from irritation from constipation (I had the vet examine)). The mucus like blood then came back on raw when I was giving just the chicken leg quarters (which then went away when I added ground turkey and subtracted leg quarter).
What would be the proper amount of vitamin e for a 30lb dog? A specific brand? I have given fish oil before so I know the amount for that.

200 IU of d-alpha (not dl-alpha), preferably with mixed tocopherols.
I would reduce the bone still a bit more, or perhaps just add a cooked shelled egg today.
Then tomorrow it should be good.
It's true that the produce can improve it too, but it would be good if you got the mean/bone ratio right first, especially when it's no longer pellets (not urgent), but just at "tweak"-status.
