At what age are dogs becoming less interested in learning new things constantly ---- or is this a function of the trainer/relationship with owner?
My guy seems to be becoming less interested in training the last couple of months, is more interested in just hanging out.
A small dog, he's a little over 2 now.
Thoughts?
His joints are "OK" not perfect.
He's also being asked for a lot more real work than before. He has to gather cattle, move sheep, move cattle back to pasture, lock up sheep at nite -- and my attitude is less fun and games now that it's cold, I want to get back into the house myself.
