Nothing like a real butcher where you buy your meat.

Yes, they are really great at Whole Foods. I went in to get enough backs to get through Thanksgiving week, and the butcher who knows me came out and said, "oh good! you're here! I was thinking about you yesterday cause we have a ton of chicken backs right now! Do you want all I have, then you won't have to come back until next year!"
It's nice to have personal service in this day and age!
