I'M so thankful for my family and friends who I love so much.
I'm thankful for my dog Ace who has made a dramatic impact on my life in so many ways..patience, long suffering, forgiveness, hope (that i don't lose my temper), patience...oh I said that already
It's amazing what we can learn from our pets. WHat a gift they are.
Grateful for my son, family, good friends, my dogs, cat & horse & all that they have contributed to the person that I am today.
I am also grateful to have a home & knowing where my next meal is coming from & that I can pay my bills, unlike many folks today in this ecconomy.
Also grateful for the men & woman of our armed services, that freely give up the comfort of family, friends & home so that I can have them on this holiday. Thank you for all that you do & give up for us.
This past year has been a difficult one for me. I lost a wonderful family member, I lost the battle for Faith, and I lost my job.
But from each loss, I have learned and I am a better person because of them. The losses were hard to accept, but I am thankful for the opportunities that they presented.
I am thankful for my family and friends as they have stood by me through everything. I am thankful for the new friends I have made along the way.
I am thankful for Paul. He doesn't question me or call me crazy when I try to do something impossible like save a dog from the Miami shelter - and he's there to pickup the pieces when I fail.
I am thankful for my dogs. They are the light of my life and the reason I have for getting up every morning. They love me no matter what, they give me kisses and hugs even if I feel I don't deserve them. They make me a better person just by sharing my space.
I am thankful for my horses. My BZ is getting older and each day I have with her is a blessing. Winchester and Bullet make me smile even when it feels like my world is crashing down around me.
I am thankful for my cat. He's a crazy little loon that lurks in the bathroom and attacks feet in the middle of the night. He's as good a tear absorber as the rest of my animals.
I am thankful for my lost girls - they are waiting for me at the Bridge. They helped make me the person that I am, and I miss them each and every day.
I am thankful to live in this country, and have so many opportunities available. For this, I must thank the men and women (and dogs) in uniform that sacrifice so that I can have what I have.
I am thankful for PowerBall because someday I am gonna win that sucker and REALLY make a difference
