Connie, your PM was sent to both me and Kelly, but Cheri's PMs are only going to the first person from what I can see. The PMs I have sent to multiple people today have all gone through as well. If nobody else is having the problem where the additional people aren't showing up in the list, then it is probably something related to her internet browser's settings.
Cheri, how do you typically select your first person? Do you go to the new PM screen and type the first person's name in, or do you click on a person's name and click to send that person a pm (so on the screen to type the message, the first name is automatically added for you)?
Also, does it make a difference if you click the person's name when the selection pops up to add them, versus highlighting the name and then hitting enter to add them?
Bobbie, I typically just type the person's name in. It does offer suggestions, but I ignore that and just type it in myself. I think I may have done one recently where I clicked on a person's name from one of their posts, where you click "Send this person a PM," or whatever it says.
As soon as I get the opportunity, I will play around with it a bit and send out some test PMs to several of you at once, trying it with a different browser. It may be after Christmas, now, since this is the 23rd already.
I have to use a bit more self-discipline today and get off the Internet and back to work!
