I have a 9 week old GSD and I got he Marking training video for Christmas. Im a little confused as to training commands. Its hard to her Cindy in the video sometimes and I cant tell if she is giving a command. My question is this...... Say I want to teach my dog to sit. Do I give a sit command or just kinda wait around until he sits or lure him and then mark the sit. When does the command come in? When does the command come in for any activity I desire my dog to do? Thanks in advance! I want to be the person my dog thinks I am!

I guess Im just going to have to watch the video 3 or 4 more times. LOL I love the idea of marker training and hope I can get it right. I want to be the person my dog thinks I am!
