Nika weighs in between 85-90 now (was 105 before)and we walk almost every day. Those hips scare me though. And to echo what many others have already posted: What were the results of her Thyroid Testing? A little on the lean side is Much Healthier than a bit on the beafy side, especially if there are ANY joint issues at all... Yes, she will ADJUST to the Reduced calorie/volume Diet and NOT feel hungry all the time Cathi, both of you have done Great !!!
