Can someone help me understand my CMKU pink papers? I can't read them and want to reg argo with the AKC. On the last page part 3 is filled out, confirmation of handover performance workbook ( whatever that is ) with sig, date and a CMKU stamp. Part one and two are both blank.

Go to the AKC.org site and click on registrations/foreign registrations. I know you're going to need two 3x5 photos of your dog, head-on and side shot, and you'll need a "transfer of ownership" form (the German version is called a bescheinigung). Don't send your original papers! It says to, but they were fine with photo copies of them for me.
Other than that, it's really pretty easy. You can print out the forms you need on the AKC site.
