Hello All,
I was hoping someone could give me some insight on replacing a part on my e-collar. I purchased a Dogtra 1200NCP less than a year ago and while I was running with my dog the screw/junction that holds the belt clip broke off.
Does Dogtra have a replacement for this? I've been poking around some websites and haven't seen this particular part. I would also like to keep using it and hope I don't have to send it in for repairs. Any suggestions for what to use as temporary or permanent solution?
I'm a little confused Julie. Did the button break off from it's bracket? Did the screws that held the shiny metal bracket pull out from the body of the transmitter.
If it's the first, probably the most common problem, yes, they do make them. Give them a call or send an email.
Hello Lou,
Thanks for replying. It appears to be a little black button with a screw inside it. This broke off from the other black piece that covers the shiny metal part.
It sounds like we are talking about the same part. I'm glad because I have no idea how to explain what it is. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Thanks for your help
I will give them a call.
