I had a lucky day at the horse track on Labor Day and was thinking I'd use some of my winnings to splurge on the Finishing Work stream. Has anyone had a chance to view it yet? How is it?
I'm not planning on doing any competition with my pooch but I'm always looking for ways to speed up his responsiveness and proof his work some more. Makes me proud to have a dog that happily obeys me the first time, every time. Is this what I'm looking for or is it more tailored to competition obedience?

I have not watched it yet, but I did see this comment from a viewer:
I really enjoyed this video! It was the most "finished" of the Michael Ellis videos. There was a lot of information here to think about and it will require multiple watches to get the most from it. My dog does not do competition and is just a good companion that loves agility work and learning new tricks. A great video!
In the capsules previewing the video (from the newsletter), this video addresses finishing and proofing, as well as weaning the dogs from treats, whether for competition or not.
Yes I have that one. Love it! I really enjoy all of Michael's training videos. I am trying to save up for the preparing for competition video. I like the fact of chapter titles listed, I can go back over and over again and relearn, or refresh what I learned beforehand.
