Ron Pace from Tacoma, "Canyon Crest Kennels" is an excellant tracking dog trainer. I have known him for 20 years and he teaches on and off lead tracking. Look him up in the phone book he will be glad to assist.
I saw Steve White at WASAR last year and he was really neat. He has a different method I have not tried called the HITT method - about to watch his videos but I also want to order the RCMP TDD vids. What was covered at WASAR was videotaping the dog work as an aid to help you learn to READ your dog. He is on the West Coast area. http://www.i2ik9.com
