The rule I've followed and that has never let me down is 4 month old weight x 2 = adult weight. With the adult weight you can get a general idea based off of the parents body structure whether that means it's a short and wide dog, tall and thin dog, or in the middle and you can guess at a height in inches. I guessed Radar was going to be 27 inches full grown and he's close to it. I guessed River was going to be 23 inches full grown based off of her structure and weight at 4 months and she's approaching it and slowing down on her growth spurt.
