Tanner is developing a hot spot. I put some EMT gel on it. Anything else I can do for it? He hasn't broken the skin yet but it's bald and irritated. I have a cone I can put on him if he won't stop licking.
It's a little bit down from his armpit area on the front leg.
I'm not actually sure if it's a hot spot anymore. Yesterday it was all wet and irritated from him licking it and it looked like he'd lost the hair there.
It's dry right now and I can see he's still got the hair there. It isn't raised up and angry looking like it was either. I can get an inflatable collar from my Mom if he keeps licking.
No idea where it came from. He got into the trash the other day and might have scraped himself. He vomited up a sausage chub wrapper this morning.
He's not licking anywhere else and his ears look decent.
