Anyone have any thoughts on liability riders for dogs? I knew a few people who have purchased, but I was wondering if that would negate anything on a home insurance policy?
My animals are not "like" family, they ARE family.
Natalie, I think they settle for the same reasons that doctors settle malpractice claims sometimes, its cheaper. If they decided to fight by the time it got to court in 5,6,7 years the insurance company can be out ten of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, plus its sitting over their heads for years. Whereas if they just settled for an amount in the beginning it saves them money, it doesn't mean its right, and I've seen a guy fake a dog bite trying to do just that, but sometimes bad people know how to play the system.

the site in the OP also has German Shephards. i usually don't correct anyone's spelling but if you're breeding i think you should know how to spell the dog's breed.
ETA never mind, only in the picture's name it's misspelled, not in the text
Yeah his website is all about selling. Using bs to sell dogs. I have no experience and it still doesn't ring right.
Nice page about prices and how he can afford to sell dogs cheap because he uses the same building to train all kinds of dogs, basically protection is not all he does so he can afford to sell them cheap. There's so many things wrong with this statement IMO
