Check out the difference in jumping style between the Aussie and this Australian Cattle Dog!
Rocket Ruiz (the ACD) is a professional stunt dog that travels across the country to state fairs. He has done flyball, dock diving, and has qualified for some disc dog national competitions.
It not so much the breed but the style. That particular cattle dog is more efficient in it's jumping. Kicking back the rear legs to clear the object is more functional for height. Some dogs do it normally and some can learn it.
That Aussie has to actually get it's body higher in order to tuck it's hind legs under it.
Either way those are impressive heights.
