Here is a video I made for one of my puppy owners who wants to learn how I do it. I am not posting this to get a pat on my back. As always constructive criticisms are much sought after.
I liked the fact that your not expecting the "stay" right off the bat. I think to many want that extra command before the first is understood and solid.
Same with waiting out the distractions. It's easy enough for those to be worked on later when the "down" or whatever command is solid.
Adding a second behavior before the dog understands the first can easily confuse a dog in the beginning training.
On the table work I like to keep the table small enough so the dog can't creep forward on the commands.
I wont give you a pat on the back even if you do earn one with every post.
