I believe that Ed uses and recommends it, and I believe that Cindy uses a combination of three formulations of supplements.
I hope you didn't miss what Tracy about the glycosaminoglycan supplements not replacing the long-chain Omega 3s in fish oil.
That's important.

I admit that I brought up the fish oil again to emphasize to anyone reading the thread that glycosaminoglycan supplements are an addition to and not a replacement for long-chain Omega 3s, because it has come on the board a few times (as in, "which is better: fish oil or glucosamine?").
