When I first started driving I had to drive an old maid aunt to the vets at least once a month with her 3 Collies and one Cocker Spaniel.
The spaniel didn't like me and I didn't like him.
The Collies were GREAT dogs.
Life long anal gland issues and I was the one she also called to save her "baby" from the stress of going to the vet to get the glands expressed.
I think the serious attempts to bite me were far less stressful on me then the horrid stink.
I did natural earth work with terriers for a number of yrs and had numerous skunk experiences.
It's a tossup although my gag reflex reacted quicker to the anal glands from my aunts "baby".
