I agree with Lori. I would look into fully understand what constitutes a raw diet. Unless what you stated is just a casual list of what you feed. If that is truly what you feed...it is considerably lacking & not healthy for the long run for you dog.
Please read the info here about feeding a raw diet. Variety in meats, (along with adequate bone), organ meats, veggies, fruits, fish, eggs, etc are needed to keep you dog healthy for their whole life. Grains are not needed at all.
Absolutely check all the possibilty Anne, Lori and others have written about. It is not an easy task to deal with such things.
Raw food diet is one part we have to compose very thoroughly, so that the dog recieves all necessary components and also doesn't recieve wrong ones. There is really good info available at LB, articles and books.
The other part already mentioned above are flies, which cause the dogs to scratch excessively, what in our case they normally don't. We had the help of a good Vet, meds for the moment and a reminder to be absolutely strict what concerns hygienic measures. We thought to be very cautious about this, washing the dogs correctly but also thinking about keeping the surroundings clean. Nonetheless we had to learn more about this.
It would not help you much naming meds or cleaning supplies, because it is a very different region. Also certain midges can cause allergies and others perhaps only an irritation of the skin. Also the excrements of certain lizards can trigger awful irritations or allergies, which I didn't know before.
This means we have to consider hygienic reasons too. Forgive me, I am not insinuating that you're not treating the dogs cleanly enough. But it can be something we're not even aware of. That's at least what we had to learn.
I wish you good luck that you will soon be able to get to the root of this problem.
