If you are switching from kibble to raw, you may want to add digestive enzymes and probiotics to help his system adjust (for better digestion). These may only be needed for a couple of weeks.
Hi Chastity, I have seen that you are having the new puppy blues. I have also noted that you live in Stockton CA. Did you know that there are several excellent schutzhund clubs in your general area? I think that contacting some of their members could be a great step towards learning about the GSD, their diet needs and sources of raw food. To reach these clubs: go to the United Schutzhund Clubs of America web site, go to info, click on clubs, click on Northwest region and voila, you can see that there folks that you could visit with and learn much from. They can also direct you to good training and evaluation of your pup's potential.
