No Leash Needed is about an hour from you. The trainers are for the most part familiar with Michael Ellis's approach but it will vary depending on their backgrounds. I would call and ask for Shannon or send an email. She has attended Ellis seminars before. She will know what you're looking for.

Oh, that is such a relief! Thank you! I will pass this on to Michelle today and we will reach out to Shannon. We would really like to stay true to that approach. It's already sinking in with Negan and myself. Michelle is more comfortable with having an instructor handy and I like videos better than a person there looking over me so this way we can both do the training.

I've also given Jeff the name of a excellent motivational trainer in this area that trains in multiple dog venues and successfully competes all over.
We at one time belonged to the same Schutzhund club.
Hopefully Lynsey Fuegner can let him know about others in his area that train in methods he's looking for because she still travels a lot in different dog competitions.
She has titled dogs in AKC obedience and Rally, Schutzhund, agility, dock diving, scent work, barn hunting, you name it and Lynsey has probably done it...successfully.
